a. Formulate your own hypothesis, indicating the dependable and independent variables.(6)
b. Formulate main research question and 3 minor research questions (9)
c. Indicate the conceptual framework of the topic (5)
d. Explain the role of theoretical framework in your proposed study/research (5)
Answer
a. Formulate your own hypothesis, indicating the dependable and independent
variables.
The study examines an essential concept of meditation and seeks to illuminate the fundamental psychological mechanisms of the therapeutic effects linked to meditation.
The independent variable is a phenomenology practice, which may have dependent
variables on future experiences. The purpose of this section is to define these concepts further.
The first is to discuss the nature of phenomenology and to distinguish between it and other
activities. In addition, the debate focuses on the possible experience impacts and ways of
describing, exploring, and measuring those exciting activities. The dependent variable will
consider the improvement of critical thinking, while the independent variables include age factor,
ethnic background, sexual orientation, and consciousness methods. Further, the independent
variable was a methodology for attention meditation conducted three times a week, 40 minutes
each session, as a post-school program. The intervention lasted twelve weeks and was delivered
in succession over three, six weeks. Depending on awareness, tension, anxiety, and the lectures'
behavior, students and teachers were evaluated using pre-and post-test and follow-up measures
(Solar, 2013). Students in the therapy group should only complete the follow-up measures.
b. Formulate main research question and 3 minor research questions (9) Main research question-
What are the factors that effects of the fundamental psychological mechanisms of the therapeutic
impacts related to the meditation?
Minor questions-
What are the factors that contribute to the poor meditation of the students?
What the essence of yoga and meditation?
How meditation impact on the test performance experiment research study?
c. Indicate the conceptual framework of the topic (5)
There are two suggestions for proposing a conceptual model: First, meditation impacts
student success favorably by enhancing cognitive functioning; proposal. Second, meditation has
a favorable effect on the achievement of students through improving emotional regulation. We
suggest encouraging the further study and helping to build more effective meditation apps in
schools. A conceptual model is required to explain the mechanisms underlying the influence of
meditation on students' results. Meditation consequently generates brain transformations that
promote two essential skills necessary for a student's educational performance: cognitive
functioning and emotional control. These two components help pupils learn, plan and exercise
their goals, treat their thoughts, and act appropriately, and they are enhanced by meditation. In
addition to schools, teaching to develop these essential parts offers long-term advantages for
children (Waters et al., 2015). Long after a student has ignored ninth-grade formulas, they will
still need interactions and emotional control abilities.
d. Explain the role of theoretical framework in your proposed study/research
The research study offers a theoretical methodology that emphasizes the cognitive
mechanisms through which contemplation activities impact impulsive thinking neurological and
perceptual processes. The theoretical models are focused on several convergent mechanisms: the
role of meta- consciousness to encourage a deeper awareness of sudden tools of thought at a
time-to-moment, the effects on the fundamental structures underlying both downstream and
downstream developmental methods, and the impact of the meditative pre-emotional processes.
Further, the theoretical basis for this technique is known as the theory of expansion and
construction (Brandmeyer & Delorme, 2020), which affirms that the experience of good effects
can extend an individuals perspective that will progressively refine their identity and assist in
developing critical positive emotions.
